File a Claim

To be considered for eligibility for a distribution from the Becton Fair Fund, you or your representative must fully complete and submit this Claim Form, including all necessary supporting documentation, no later than December 13, 2026.
Failure to submit your Claim Form by the date specified will subject your claim to rejection and may preclude you from being eligible to recover any money in connection with the Becton Fair Fund.
